The several days before. I'm looking for information on the Supermats Heavy Duty P.V.C. Mat for Cardio- Fitness Products (2.5-Feet, so i would like to describe here.
This is exactly what I needed and I'm very happy with the mats. I bought 4 of them together under exploited with heavy duck tape and then put them in my workout room. I use them for light workouts, stretching and also put my spinner bike on them when I am doing indoor training. they are not made for heavy weights, but as a solid padded training pads are perfect.
